Mr. Grogan is a Senior Project Manager for Field Technical Services' Contract Field Team program a business unit of DynCorp International. Mr. Grogan is responsible for administrative and operational management oversight on CFT tasks orders. Currently, Mr. Grogan is responsible for fourteen US Navy field locations where over 1,500 employees are assigned in support of various organizational, intermediate and depot level aviation and support equipment programs. These programs generate over $75M in revenue.

Mr. Grogan has over 26 years aircraft maintenance and modification experience. He joined DynCorp CFT in 1981 as an aircraft mechanic and has held increasingly responsible positions throughout his 21-year career. In 1996, Mr. Grogan received his current assignment as CFT Project Manger. During his career, he has gained significant experience and knowledge through assignments on Army, Navy and Air Force Programs.

Mr. Grogan received a Bachelor's Degree from St. Mary's College of Maryland in Economics. He has attended many professional development courses to include DynCorp Program Management and Contracts Administration.
