Mr. Ellis is a Senior Project Manager, Field Technical Services (FTS) within DynCorp International LLC. He is responsible for managing and directing the daily activities of various Field Technical Services Contract Field Teams (CFT) locations, some of which include Killeen/Ft. Hood, TX, European Operations, and various others, to ensure staffing, compliance with Corporate, DynCorp International, contractual, and legal requirements.

Mr. Ellis has more than 30 years of experience applicable to his position and began his career with DynCorp in 1981 as a General Aviation Mechanic and progressed through various positions in the CFT and FTS areas, each with increasing levels of responsibility. He has performed various duties in aircraft maintenance and management, such as: General Mechanic, sheet metal, electrical/avionics, non-rated crewmember, inspector and working lead-man, on rotary and fixed wing aircraft. He served as Site Manager for Korea/Japan and the Fort Campbell, KY CFT operations. His technical background lends him to provide support and assistance for various operations throughout DynCorp International and DynCorp Technical Services.
