Mr. DiGesualdo is Senior Vice President of Field Technical Services (FTS) within DynCorp International LLC.  He is responsible for managing and directing the operations and financial management for more than 3,000 employees worldwide and annual revenues of more than $200M. FTS was organized in January 2001 with two distinct separate business units, World Wide Technical Services (WWTS) and Contract Field Teams (CFT).

Mr. DiGesualdo has more than 45 years of experience applicable to aviation maintenance and maintenance management with over 40 of these years with the DynCorp CFT operations.  He has served in various positions each with increasing levels of responsibility ranging from Avionics Technician to Supervisor rising to his current position as Senior Vice President, Field Technical Services.  Mr. DiGesualdo has significant experience in managing a broad range of contracts to include:  Time and Material, Firm Fixed Price, and Cost Plus contracts.

Mr. DiGesualdo has over 40 years of CFT experience. The first 15 years he spent on various programs in various locations throughout the world. In 1977 he was promoted to AF Project Manager and relocated to Fort Worth, TX.
