Mr. Dally is the Manager Program Support within DynCorp International LCC's Field Technical Services (FTS) business unit. He is responsible for managing the direct and in-direct purchasing support for the corporate office and over 36- field sites located throughout the world. These annual purchases exceed $20M in revenue.

Mr. Dally has over 40 years of experience applicable to aviation maintenance, and logistic support to include over twenty years of experience in support of Contract Field Teams. He has served in increasing responsible positions from field management to his current position on the FTS staff. Mr. Dally's has significant experience and knowledge with mulit-braches of service in the field of acquisition. Additionally, Mr. Dally is considered the in-house expert on internal company software platforms.

Mr. Dally attended many professional and technical schools to include Navy powerplant "A" School to DynCorp Contract Administration. He is also a graduate of Dale Carnegie.
